Return & Refund Policy

• Original tags remain attached

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Size Selection

Customers are responsible for reviewing product measurements and size charts prior to placing an order. Sizing may vary by style, manufacturer and garment design.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, customs processing, carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. NORA & DORO is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier, NORA & DORO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly.

Customs & Duties

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused by the customer and returned to NORA & DORO, any original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, duties or carrier charges incurred may be deducted from any refund issued.
